 d her master of science in dentistry and completed her pediatric dentistry
  residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her clinical interests inc
 lude behavior management and patients with special needs. Dr. Waters is al
 so the clinical director for Special Smiles for the Western Pennsylvania r
