 th your family and come dance the afternoon away with old friends while me
 eting new ones! We will have a DJ\, WDSD-themed activities\, light refresh
 ments\, a space reserved for caregivers to connect\, and a quiet sensory a
 rea away from the event space to be used if needed.\n\nThis event is for a
 ll ages. Siblings and family members are welcome to join. Please make sure
  when registering to include the TOTAL number of individuals attending to 
 help us prepare.\n\nPaid parking is available inside the Open Hearth garag
 e next door to COhatch at 2648 Sidney Street or across the street inside t
 he Ladle Garage. Paid street parking is also available within the Southsid
 e Works.\n\nPlease note that the event space doors will be locked. We kind
 ly ask that you be patient as a DSAP Staff/Volunteer member unlocks the do
 or and asks you to check in upon arrival. In order to ensure safety of our
  community\, if you are not registered\, we cannot allow you entry into th
 e space.\n\nWorld Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is an annual global awareness d
 ay on March 21 that has been officially observed by the United Nations sin
 ce 2012. WDSD signifies the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21st chr
 omosome which is the condition known as Down syndrome. Since the chromosom
 es look like socks\, wear bold\, brightly colored\, mismatched socks. We l
