 \nThe First Call program offers new and expectant parents receiving a diag
 nosis of Down syndrome the opportunity to connect with trained parent ment
 ors who share the same or similar life circumstances. As a First Call Trai
 ned parent mentor\, you would be:\n-A trained volunteer available to confi
 dentially listen\, share resources\, and provide valuable\, current inform
 ation about Down syndrome.\n-A connection and support a new/expectant pare
 nt via phone calls\, text\, e-mail\, DMs (direct messages)\, or whatever i
 s most comfortable.\n-Willing to commit to one year of support to a new/ex
 pectant parent.\n\nRSVP above using the Register Now button.
